The Role

As a Coating Operative, you will receive comprehensive training in the application of advanced corrosion protection and coating systems. Once trained, you will work both at the company's facility and on customer sites throughout the UK, supporting a range of high-profile industrial projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Training in the application of specialist coating systems
• Assisting with coating preparation and application processes
• Developing product knowledge and technical understanding
• Operating coating equipment, ventilation systems, compressed air equipment and PPE following training
• Working both in-house and on customer sites across the UK
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship
• Communicating effectively with colleagues, supervisors and customers

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants should possess:

• A valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
• FLT (Fork Lift Truck) Licence (desirable)
• Good communication skills
• A flexible approach to working away from home when required
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Package & Benefits

• Starting hourly rate of £12.71
• Full training and certification provided
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Site-working bonus scheme once trained
